The Chem Flowtronics Series LG-1170 General Purpose Level Gauge offers a 360-degree unobstructed view of a vessel's contents. These moderately priced level gauges are made in your specified length up to 16.5 feet and are available in a variety of connection materials and configurations also to your specifications. Wetted surfaces of the end connections are available in stainless steel, carbon steel, Hastelloy, PTFE, PVC, CPVC and Delrin, all with a borosilicate glass view tube with PTFE gaskets.
The Chem Flowtronics Series LG-1170 General Purpose Level Gauge offers a 360-degree unobstructed view of a vessel's contents. These moderately priced level gauges are made in your specified length up to 16.5 feet and are available in a variety of connection materials and configurations also to your specifications. Wetted surfaces of the end connections are available in stainless steel, carbon steel, Hastelloy, PTFE, PVC, CPVC and Delrin, all with a borosilicate glass view tube with PTFE gaskets. The gauge is protected by an impact resistant full outer polycarbonate shield, which also acts as a structural member in supporting the level gauge system. Thus allowing for a longer, full view, lightweight, liquid level viewing system unlike any currently on the market! Vessel connections, which will vary with application, are available in various sizes and may be threaded M or F, flanged or tri-clamp. These level gauges are designed to remain mounted to their vessel while the internal glass tubing packing nuts are tightened or glass view tubes are cleaned or replaced. This level gauge has been designed for easy cleaning with no voids or pockets that will trap or hold product. Temperature rating is up to 180°F and pressure rating from full vacuum up to 150 psig.
